For footwear orders: Please avoid attaching shipping labels or tape directly to the shoe box, as damaged packaging may affect your return eligibility.

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless we made an error with your order or the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

💳 Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the value of the returned product.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our online store.

🛍️ Purchases from Other Retailers

Products purchased from retailers or websites other than www.airfreshenersaustralia.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. We can only process returns for orders placed directly through our website.
